  • 5 glass bottles (10–20 cm tall)
  • 8 wood screws
  • Plywood panels (500 x 500 x 10 mm)
  • Meter rule
  • Pencil

Step 1: Preparing the Wooden Frame

Measure, cut, and create the base

  1. Measure and mark the dimensions for the top and bottom panels based on the size of the bottles. Allow space between each bottle for a balanced layout.
  2. Use a jigsaw to cut the panels and side pieces. For stability, secure the wood with g-clamps or ask someone to assist you.
  3. Sand the edges for a smooth finish.

Step 2: Marking and Cutting the Holes

Prepare the top panel for the bottle placements

  1. Use a meter rule and pencil to mark the bottle positions on the top panel.
  2. Select a hole cutter that matches the diameter of your bottle necks.
  3. Drill the marked holes with light pressure using a cordless drill and hole cutter attachment. Ensure the cuts are clean and evenly spaced.

Bring the panels together

  1. Align the side panels with the bottom panel and use wood screws to secure them.
  2. Attach the top panel with the pre-drilled holes to the side panels, ensuring the structure is sturdy.
  3. Tighten the screws evenly, leaving a seamless finish.

Step 4: Adding the Bottles and Final Touches

  1. Insert the glass bottles into the pre-cut holes in the top panel.
